Testimonials
Dear Family at McKnight Terrace:

In this season of Christmas, you hear quite often that it is more blessed to give than to receive. It is for this reason that I am writing because I am so grateful for all that you gave to my mother, Anna, and to me.

In the four years since my mother came to McKnight Terrace, you filled her life with love and happiness. Because of you, she had life! She became a part of your extended family and, so did I. The care and treatment she was given by you went beyond the call of duty for your "job." Not only did you supply her with quality care as mandated by McKnight Terrace, you loved her! She felt your love and was happy and safe. You will never know how much that has meant to me.

My mother was a wonderful lady and was a great joy to many people. You, in turn, were a great joy to her and you made her last years so pleasurable. God blessed us by leading us to McKnight and by putting people like you there to care for its residents. I could not have cared for Mom without you.

Thank you from all of us in the family. I also thank God that you were a part of Anna's life. May the New Year bring you and your family many blessings.

With sincere appreciation,
Marge

Dear Lisa and Staff,

On behalf of my parents, I just wanted to express our appreciation for the wonderful care they received over the past year. You have a truly caring staff, unequalled in the assisted living industry and health care in general. Middletown is very fortunate to have such a high quality facility for its retirees. It is a "shining star!" I'll miss all of you, as I know my parents already do miss the great staff at McKnight. Keep up the good work all of you do. Thank you so very much and God bless you.

Love,
Debbie

Dear Amy,

I want you to know how very much I appreciate what everyone at McKnight Terrace did to make me feel welcome, comfortable, and secure. The care and attention I received from each person who did something for me could not have been better. Also, every task was performed in a friendly, cheerful way. That meant a lot to me. I will not hesitate to return here when necessary, and I will most certainly spread the word about how great McKnight Terrace is.

Sincerely,
Dorothy

Lisa,

Deb and I wanted to thank you again for the gift card. I want you to know how much I have enjoyed being involved with those at MT. I have gotten attached to many of the residents but I also feel like the staff is family. One of the joys of ministry is seeing smiles. At MT there have been more smiles than I can count! I love spending time with all of you. I pray that it makes a difference.

Thanks to all,
Dale

Lisa,

Thanks so much for the Xmas greeting from McKnight Terrace. The picture of Mickie was adorable. I don't think I've ever seen a more precious snapshot with the bucket of "Santa Snacks" and the cute bandana around Mickie's neck. Just seeing Mickie's sweet expression again brought back a flood of wonderful memories of Mother's Days at McKnight. I'll never forget what a caring home you provided for Mom and all the laughter and joy that surrounded the place. Wishing you and your great staff the very best in the coming year. Miss you all!

Fondly,
Diane

Dear Friends at McKnight Terrace,

We thank you for the beautiful flowers you so kindly sent to Mabel. We appreciated it so very much and your thoughtfulness just overwhelmed us. A "very special thanks" to you, Amy, for your expertise in making sure everything was just perfect. Please extend our thanks to all who work at McKnight Terrace and especially little Mickie, who makes the picture complete.

Sincerely,
Jim and Carole

Hi All,

He loved you all! I believe that it was because of you that he got his zest for living back after his wife died. You did more for him than you'll ever know.

Love,
Kenny and Linda

Dear Staff,

Thank you for the outstanding care my grandfather received during his stay at McKnight Terrace. The whole staff bent over backwards to give him the best care he could have received anywhere. It's great how everyone cares, from administration to housekeeping. Everyone would always stick their heads in to check on him whenever they walked by. Thank you for treating my grandfather with respect and for treating him like part of your own family.

Sincerely,
Jeff
